Long DescriptionThe Regional Director of Patient Experience and Nurse Engagement serves as the primary representative of the South-Central region. Sole focus will be Crothall Healthcare EVS for the South-Central Region. He/she is responsible for the implementation, execution, and effectiveness of Crothall Healthcare patient satisfaction programs. Top three area of focus will be to improve patient experience scores across the region. Build and improve client relationships. Build and improve nursing relationships. Support all strategic business reviews. Travel will be up to 80%.
