Regional Director of Operations to join our operations team in Eastern Virginia.

What You'll Do
  • Provide operational leadership and support for assigned healthcare operations, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and performance expectations
  • Assess operational opportunities and implement strategies that improve quality, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
  • Partner with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational goals and sustain high-quality resident care
  • Support business planning, budgeting, census development, and expense management to achieve strong operational results
  • Promote survey readiness and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
  • Analyze key operational and quality metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Build collaborative relationships with clinical, financial, human resources, and support service teams to ensure coordinated operations


What We're Looking For
  • Active, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Virginia required
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership experience, including experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, preferably within skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, survey processes, reimbursement, budgeting, and operational best practices
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve complex operational challenges, and drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable leader who thrives in changing environments and approaches challenges with professionalism, accountability, and a focus on resident care
