Qualifications

• 10+ years of hotel operations experience, preferably with multiple brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG.
• Proven leadership abilities in guiding and developing General Managers and hotel staff.
• Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills, experienced in operational software and property management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly between properties, with a full-time in-office presence required in Raleigh-Durham.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across hotel properties to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for each property, focusing on revenue and operational efficiency.
• Attend revenue and sales meetings to strategize for property performance optimization.
• Build and mentor a team of General Managers to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Assist in the development and opening of new hotel projects, ensuring coordination across departments.
• Collaborate on establishing operational goals aligned with company strategy and monitor financial performance.
• Implement guest satisfaction programs and address feedback to maintain service quality.
