Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on Home Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), or Assisted Living (AL).
  • Multi-facility management experience preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel throughout Minnesota 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staff development support and education to nursing teams across communities.
  • Conduct general orientation and specialized training as needed.
  • Offer RN support or interim management coverage at various sites.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing/home health departments when assigned.
  • Ensure quality care compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Handle daily nursing operations in the absence of the Director of Health Services or Director of Nursing.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Clinical Operations.

Full Job Description
We are seeking: Regional Director of Clinical Services for Senior Living, RN Required

Location: Communities are located in Minnesota

Wage range: $130,000-$145,000 annually, depending on experience.

The Regional Director of Clinical Services is primarily responsible for providing education and staff development support to communities, including general orientation, specialized training in identified areas of need, and other topics as assigned. In addition, this position will provide RN support and/or Interim Director of Health Services/Director of Nursing coverage at locations on an as needed basis. When assigned to a designated location, this position assists with planning, coordinating, and managing the nursing/home health department. Maintains quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. Upon assignment by supervisor, assumes responsibilities of daily nursing operations in the absence of Director of Health Services/Director of Nursing. Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Director of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in the state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health care industry with Home Care, SNF and/or AL experience.
  • Multi-facility management experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin 50% of time.
