Regional Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead our nursing management team and drive excellence in patient care. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing services, regulatory compliance, and a supportive, efficient clinical environment. The position

What You'll Do- Lead and supervise the nursing management team, providing guidance and support in clinical operations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee medical record accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Serve as a clinical resource and support system for patient care issues
- Assist in policy development, implementation, and monitoring
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement and service development
- Support admissions and discharge appropriateness
- Partner with the Business Office to monitor pharmacy, DME, and supply costs
- Assist in marketing and community outreach efforts, including relationship-building with physicians and facility leadership
- Provide leadership support in hiring, coaching, and performance management

Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri required
- Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of CMS and state guidelines
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Windows systems
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to meet all pre-employment and health screening requirements
