The Regional Director II is responsible for the financial and operational success of the Field Management department. Works with leadership to develop deadlines, projects, and work to be done. Typically reports to a senior director or an executive; manages the work efforts of managers/supervisors/individual contributors.
• Build regional schedules; align labor, partner crews, and customer windows.
• Approve high-risk work permits/access arrangements and verify tool/test equipment availability.
• Ensure mobile app/CMMS integrity for jobs-proper status, timestamps, evidence attachments.
• Run spares replenishment cadence with buyers; expedite critical parts.
• Direct regional diagnostic and commissioning campaigns; convert findings to corrective work orders.
• Audit workmanship-cable routing, labeling, mounting, measurement evidence.
• Coach site leaders on contractor supervision, scope clarity, and acceptance criteria.
• Resolve vendor performance gaps with action plans or reallocation.
• Prepare regional cutover playbooks and assign roles for rapid restoration.
• Publish weekly progress summaries and remove blockers.
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
