Overview

We are looking for a Regional Director with a proven track record managing multiple automotive locations or regions; experience in strategic planning, business development, and P&L management.

Must be based locally in the Quad Cities Region (Iowa/Illinois)

Responsibilities
  • Managing dealership networks or service centers
  • Ensuring compliance with automotive-specific laws (e.g., warranty, emissions, safety)

  • Coordinating with corporate sales, service, and parts teams

  • Driving customer satisfaction and retention in a competitive market
