Role overview

As Regional Director, Ontario East (New Sales), you will lead new business growth across Ontario East, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada markets. You will build and convert pipeline, develop relationships with employers, insurers, and brokers, and position Kii Health as a trusted partner.

You will also lead and coach a team of six sales professionals while managing your own market-facing responsibilities and team performance.

This role reports to the EVP, Commercial and works closely with teams across Client Success, Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.

What you will do
• Drive new revenue growth across Ontario East markets, with clear ownership of pipeline, activity, and results
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six, setting clear expectations and supporting consistent performance
• Build a focused territory plan across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
• Identify and win new business across employers, insurers, brokers, and public sector organizations
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and position solutions around business outcomes
• Partner with internal experts to develop tailored and credible client solutions
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to strengthen positioning
• Represent Kii Health in the market through events, client meetings, and industry engagement

What you bring
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business development
• A track record of winning complex deals and consistently hitting targets
• Experience selling into employers, insurers, brokers, or related sectors is an asset
• Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and driving accountability
• Strong understanding of the Ontario East and broader Eastern Canadian market
• Confidence in navigating enterprise sales, RFPs, and executive conversations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment
• Experience using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
• Bilingual English and French is strongly preferred
