Working closely with Clinic Managers, Associate Dentists, and our Support Office teams, you'll be responsible for developing high-performing leaders, improving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring every clinic delivers an exceptional experience for patients and team members alike.

This is a highly collaborative leadership role that balances coaching, strategy, financial performance, and people leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers to build engaged, accountable, and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with clinic leadership to improve patient experience, operational excellence, and overall clinic performance.
  • Drive key business metrics including production, collections, treatment acceptance, hygiene optimization, scheduling efficiency, and profitability.
  • Review operational and financial reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Support clinics in achieving annual business plans, budgets, and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture on recruitment, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Associate Dentists while supporting clinical autonomy and exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure clinics operate in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, health and safety standards, and operational best practices.
  • Champion change management initiatives and support the successful implementation of new programs and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with clinic teams through regular visits, coaching, and leadership presence.
  • Facilitate regional meetings and encourage collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing across clinics.
  • Partner closely with Support Office teams, ensuring clinics receive proactive strategic support rather than transactional assistance.

  • Multi-site leadership experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop leaders while creating highly engaged teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple clinics and initiatives.
  • Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and drive informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton regions.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity
  • Car & cell phone allowance
  • Health and dental benefits
  • Ongoing leadership development and mentorship
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact within one of Canada's fastest-growing dental organizations
