Regional Digitalization Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Digitalization Consultant to drive regional enablement within Global Mobility & Rewards (GMR) Americas, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. This role will translate complex regional operational and regulatory requirements into integrated, future-ready digital capabilities, ensuring seamless execution across global platforms and local environments.

In this role, you will bridge local, regional operations and global technology teams, enabling local integrations, addressing country-specific requirements, and ensuring alignment with global standards and service delivery models.

You will enable "last-mile digitalization" by translating regional needs into practical digital solutions, supporting local integrations, and ensuring alignment with global processes and compliance standards. ensuring global solutions work effectively in regional and local contexts while shaping the future of GMR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive digitalization initiatives within the region, improving efficiency, compliance, and user experience
  • Translate regional operational needs and SOPs into effective digital solutions aligned with global standards
  • Enable local integrations and adaptations within the global GMR IT landscape
  • Act as interface between operations and technology teams (e.g., TPS, DPS, DPE, ECO DIG)
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
  • Ensure solutions meet both global governance and local regulatory requirements
  • Support tool implementation, enhancement, and user adoption
  • Manage change and promote adoption of new digital solutions across the region

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Integrative Studies, or other STEM related degree
  • Exposure to or interest in digitalization, automation, or process improvement
  • Experience working across regional teams and global environments
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility, HR operations, or related fields
  • Experience working in regional delivery models and adapting global frameworks locally
  • Familiarity with tools such as IHRIS NG, ServiceNow, Avature, Workday, or similar platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Exposure to automation, AI, or analytics initiatives
  • Project or change management experience
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance standardization and flexibility

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
