Full Job Description
Worley is seeking an experienced digital project delivery leader to join our global Digital Project Delivery team as Regional Digital Project Implementation Lead (Americas). Reporting to the Global Digital Project Implementation Director, this role is responsible for driving the maturity and adoption of digital project delivery across the Americas region. The successful candidate will partner with operations, major projects, and strategic customers to implement digital delivery frameworks, strengthen governance, and support the successful execution of digitally enabled projects. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Operations and Major Projects to drive consistent digital project delivery practices. • Support the implementation of digital execution strategies across priority projects and pursuits. • Engage with strategic customer accounts to advance digital delivery outcomes and strengthen client relationships. • Establish and maintain networks of regional digital leaders to promote capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. • Act as a key interface between Operations and Digital Project Delivery, escalating issues and driving adoption of digital standards and ways of working. • Provide insights from projects and customers to support the evolution of Worley's digital standards, tools, and roadmaps. About You You will be a collaborative and influential leader with: • Significant experience in project delivery, digital enablement, or digital transformation within Energy, Chemicals, and Resources projects. • Demonstrated experience implementing technology and digital solutions on large, complex projects. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, project teams, and customers. • A track record of driving change, building networks, and improving operational performance through digital innovation. • A degree qualification and extensive relevant industry experience.
