Regional Delivery Lead (DL)
Job Responsibilities
• Be responsible for regional data center project delivery management, and oversee the full process from order effectiveness to project handover and acceptance, ensuring successful project execution.
• Act as the regional delivery owner, coordinating resources across sales, technical, product, supply chain, installation, commissioning, after-sales, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, and track key milestones including production, shipment, customs clearance, arrival, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and payment support.
• Identify and manage project delivery risks, issues, and changes, and drive cross-functional resolution to ensure schedule, quality, and cost remain under control.
• Interface with customers, EPC contractors, consultants, general contractors, and site teams, organize delivery meetings, site coordination, and stage acceptance, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive regional delivery standardization, including delivery processes, templates, lessons learned, and best practice sharing, to improve execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the platform and regional teams on key project fulfillment, delivery review, and handover for follow-on expansion or replication projects, forming a closed loop from sales to delivery and after-sales.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in HVAC, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, project management, or engineering management in data centers, HVAC, MEP, central cooling plants, liquid cooling, or related industries.
• Familiar with the end-to-end delivery process of data center projects, including equipment manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales handover.
• Knowledge of data center cooling products and systems, including primary-side and secondary-side systems, liquid cooling CDU, fan wall, precision air conditioning, and chiller applications, is preferred.
• Strong project planning, site coordination, risk control, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive complex project delivery.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with customers, EPCs, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• English can be used as a working language for customer communication, project meetings, and delivery documentation; overseas local hire or willingness to travel within the region is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Hyperscaler, Colo, AI data center, or ICT infrastructure project delivery is preferred.
• Experience in overseas local project management, site coordination, or cross-border delivery is preferred.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, general contractors, consultants, or large system integrators is preferred.
• PMP or other project management certifications are preferred.
