How you'll make an impact
  • Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the Power Transformers organization.
  • Partner with leadership teams to establish strategic objectives, performance metrics, and improvement roadmaps.
  • Drive Lean transformation efforts focused on waste elimination, process standardization, and quality enhancement.
  • Facilitate strategy deployment, KPI management, daily management systems, and structured problem-solving practices.
  • Lead cross-functional projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, safety, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees and leaders in continuous improvement principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, and support teams to optimize end-to-end business processes and reduce throughput time.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.


Your background
