Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in operational excellence, business process management, or related disciplines.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Lean Six Sigma, Lean Expert, or Lean Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the Power Transformers organization.
• Partner with leadership to set strategic objectives and performance metrics.
• Drive Lean transformation focused on waste elimination and quality enhancement.
• Facilitate strategy deployment and structured problem-solving practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Coach and develop employees in continuous improvement best practices.
