Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to oversee regional compute campaigns and help build an integrated performance marketing practice. This role owns the full campaign lifecycle across regions, including media strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes across digital and traditional channels. In addition, this role will develop in-house expertise across performance media channels to design, govern, and improve the full-funnel performance system. The position will establish best practices, scale learnings across campaigns, and partner with other campaign managers to strengthen performance marketing capabilities across the team. * This position is not eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship. * ** Position requires to be onsite in San Diego, 5 days a week. ** Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Key Responsibilities: 1) Paid Media Campaign Management Regional Compute Campaigns Across EMEA and Other International Markets • Own end-to-end campaign management, from planning and launch through optimization and final reporting. • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel media strategies across the full marketing funnel. • Manage budget allocation, customer journey planning, and cross-channel performance to maximize business impact. • Partner closely with agency teams to align execution with strategy, business goals, and performance targets. Campaign Performance Analytics & Measurement • Lead campaign measurement and analytics, including KPI development, attribution models, and reporting frameworks. • Analyze performance data to assess ROI and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion and optimize media investment. • Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and performance narratives that support decision-making. 2) Performance Marketing Strategy • Develop and advise on full-funnel performance media strategies across digital channels, including programmatic, search, and social, for B2C and B2B campaigns. • Define the strategic role of paid search, paid social, and programmatic in driving high-quality pipeline, while managing external agency partners for execution and accountability. • Partner closely with campaign managers, web and creative stakeholders, analytics teams, and regional sales and channel teams to drive conversion-focused strategies. • Lead testing and channel experimentation, and turn performance data into actionable insights that improve targeting, creative effectiveness, and pipeline outcomes. • Define and advise on audience strategy, customer journeys, KPIs, and budget allocation to maximize performance outcomes. Other Responsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with digital strategy, product marketing, creative, and campaign teams. • Ensure paid media strategies align with broader marketing and business goals. • Maintain consistency in messaging across channels and customer touchpoints. • Work closely with creative and campaign teams to ensure advertising content supports overall campaign strategy. Vendor and Stakeholder Management • Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic partners. • Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media initiatives. • Ensure high-quality, timely execution and clear accountability for performance. Team Leadership & Management • Lead and develop direct reports through coaching, feedback, and performance management. • Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability and execution excellence. • Build a performance-driven culture that supports team growth and capability development. Data, Martech & Ad Tech Integration • Partner with martech and analytics teams to ensure accurate campaign tagging, tracking, and data integrity across platforms. • Enable seamless data flow to support advanced targeting, segmentation, and personalization. • Leverage Adobe and other marketing technologies to strengthen performance measurement, attribution, and audience activation. • Continuously improve data infrastructure and measurement capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred. • 7+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on performance marketing and analytics. • Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to tailor strategy across regions, including EMEA and APJ. • Deep expertise in performance channels, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and conversion-focused media strategy. • Strong experience with analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics, and performance reporting tools. • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes, including ROI, CPA, and conversion rate improvement. • Experience with attribution models, testing frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. • Experience managing agency partnerships and collaborating across cross-functional teams. • Clear and compelling communicator who can translate data into decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
