Regional Clinical Manager - Home Care, where you'll provide clinical leadership across multiple locations, mentor nursing teams, and help ensure the highest standards of patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director who is ready to expand their leadership experience and make a meaningful impact across an entire region.
Position Requirements- Current RN license with an unencumbered Compact License (Texas or Colorado)
- Minimum of five (5) years of home care or home health experience (private duty nursing experience preferred)
- At least two (2) years of clinical leadership experience
- Home infusion therapy experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
Primary ResponsibilitiesAs the Regional Clinical Manager, you will serve as the Clinical Director for assigned offices and provide leadership by:
- Supporting and mentoring clinical staff across multiple locations
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company clinical standards
- Coaching and developing clinical leaders and nursing staff
- Assisting branch offices with survey readiness and plans of correction
- Collaborating with operational leadership through Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Providing limited clinical on-call support to assist with triaging clinical issues as needed
LocationThis is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. Candidates must reside in
Texas or Colorado, and extensive regional travel is required.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000-$120,000 annually
