Regional Clinical Director
About the Role
Complete Care Careers, a renowned healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Regional Clinical Director to support nursing leadership across our Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. As a hands-on leader, you will partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care, while providing coaching, guidance, and support to our facilities.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Directors of Nursing and facility leaders to improve clinical quality and resident care
• Visit facilities regularly to provide coaching, guidance, and support
• Review clinical trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and help teams put action plans in place
• Support survey preparation, plans of correction, and ongoing regulatory compliance
• Assist facilities during leadership transitions and other periods of increased clinical need
• Work closely with regional operations and facility teams to build consistent nursing practices
What We're Looking For
• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Significant nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care; prior Director of Nursing experience required
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and survey processes
• Ability to lead and develop nursing teams across multiple facilities
• Willingness to travel throughout the Wisconsin region
