Overview

Provides leadership to and manages the operations of dental offices in multiple locations. In
collaboration with the Dental Directors, strategically create action plans for their assigned offices.
Responsible for increasing performance and patient experience to ensure practices perform budgeted
plan, including same-store growth, expense targets, and revenue goals.
Serves as the link between the organization's management and its employees, as we ensure the
ultimate patient experience is being delivered at each DCA practice location

Responsibilities
• Foster and maintain positive and productive relationships with all providers and partner
doctors in the region.
• Promote, implement, and support DCA's Strategic Growth Imperatives.
• Foster growth activities within the region and proactively bring initiatives to leadership.
• Drive the implementation of new processes and initiatives by understanding the unique
operational nuances of each practice location and ensuring efficient adoption of initiatives.
• Focus on production, staffing, and collection goals, OTC collections, schedule review, unbilled
insurance, and other indicators.
• In collaboration with the Office Manager, address issues that arise.
• Coach and develop Office Managers at practice locations. Provides training, guidance, advice,
and support where necessary.
• Train and support new office managers, treatment coordinators, and team members in job
tasks including, but not limited to, practice software, financial policies, and scheduling.
• Work with office managers and Dental Directors to review and support the management of
practice location schedules and provider coverage.
• Understand the practice location staffing model and manage staffing levels effectively.
• Establish regular visits to each office within the region; expectation of office visits is 50% of
weekly time.
• Ensure compliance with Dental Care Alliance's policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws for dentistry as well as Employment, Safety,
and HIPAA. This includes the protection and maintenance of employee and patient records.
• Other duties as assigned.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers and cellular phones.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The
employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and
arms. This position requires 50% travel.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to twenty pounds.

Two (2) or four (4) years of business degree or equivalent business experience.
Qualifications/Training:
• Minimum of five (5) years of successful management in a managerial role in vision, dental,
medical, or retail multi-location management.
• Ability to increase treatment case acceptance rates.
• Experience with management or business software programs (dental software preferred).
• Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the complete business side of dental office
operation and management including IT, Payroll, Collections, Recall Systems, etc
