OverviewOwn and lead Aurora Networks' engagement with Charter Communications, driving growth across next-generation access networks, video technologies, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the executive owner of the Charter account, managing relationships at corporate and regional levels
- Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales professionals to deliver revenue and growth targets
- Develop and execute account strategy to expand Aurora's footprint across access and video platforms
- Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and ongoing operational alignment with Charter
- Partner cross-functionally to align sales, engineering, and services for successful delivery
Requirements:- 10+ years in telecom/MSO or service provider sales
- Proven success managing large, strategic accounts (preferably Charter or similar MSO)
- Strong leadership, executive presence, and technical understanding of access and video networks
- Willingness to travel frequently
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary) is $248,500.00-$372,600.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
