Regional Account Manager - Bilingual English/Spanish Required

Are you a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of people, operations, and innovation? Join a global training enablement program supporting one of the world's most influential AI organizations and play a pivotal role in shaping how partners and learners are empowered across the United States and Latin America. As a Regional Account Manager, you will serve as the senior regional leader responsible for bringing global strategy to life within your assigned market. Acting as the critical link between global leadership and regional execution, you'll drive operational excellence, workforce readiness, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery that directly impacts business performance and customer success.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead and develop regional trainer teams, build relationships with key stakeholders, and help scale a rapidly growing partner enablement ecosystem. Working closely with the Global Program Director and cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, and drive meaningful impact across a diverse and dynamic region.

This position requires professional proficiency in both English and Spanish. Professional proficiency in Portuguese is a plus. The role supports teams and stakeholders throughout the United States and Latin America and requires domestic travel up to 25%, along with international travel to Latin America approximately 2-4 times per year. A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally are required.

Minimum Pay

USD $95,000.00/Yr.

Maximum Pay

USD $110,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do

  • Execute the global enablement strategy within your assigned region, aligning delivery with business objectives, partner priorities, and local market requirements.
  • Drive consistent program execution while identifying regional opportunities, risks, and growth initiatives that improve performance and impact.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional Master Trainer teams, ensuring readiness, utilization, performance, and accountability to program standards, KPIs, and learner satisfaction goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, partner organizations, and client contacts across the United States and Latin America.
  • Support training prioritization, resource allocation, deployment planning, and scheduling in partnership with the Global Resource Coordinator and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, workforce challenges, and regional business needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality learner and partner experience across all training engagements.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, organizational policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor training event execution, operational performance, trainer effectiveness, and business metrics, providing insights and recommendations to global leadership.
  • Ensure field teams have the tools, systems, resources, and support required for success.
  • Support implementation of global initiatives, process improvements, and organizational best practices.
  • Represent the program in regional business reviews, stakeholder meetings, and partner engagements throughout the United States and Latin America.


What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, consulting, field operations, professional services, account management, or program management
  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written business communication
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage regional operations and drive performance outcomes
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% and internationally to Latin America 2-4 times annually
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Preferred:
  • Professional fluency in Portuguese
  • Familiarity with labor laws and workforce compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting partner enablement, certification, or technical training programs
  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations
