Join our 142-year-old, family-owned manufacturing company in Springdale, AR, as a Regional Sales Manager for our Central territory. This role is not just about managing accounts-it's about fostering strong relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and driving business growth across a vast region.

Your Territory & Travel

The region is yours to own and grow. You'll need exceptional time management and strategic planning skills to effectively cover this extensive territory, with travel expectations of 75%-80%-primarily driving in a company-provided pickup truck. Your ability to efficiently schedule customer visits and maximize face-to-face interactions will be key to success.
