Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in direct sales, particularly in regional or channel sales roles.
• A verifiable book of business with established relationships in the Medical Channel.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically selling CBD products.
• Basic understanding of CBD applications and their business ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to close significant deals of five figures or more.
• Self-motivated with a proactive 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate potential new customers while managing sales prospects.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with independent pharmacies and retailers.
• Close sales contracts with distributors supplying pharmacies.
• Educate pharmacists on the health benefits of CBD for their customers.
• Use CRM tools to document sales activities and communicate within the supply chain.
• Leverage internal R&D data for customer differentiation and support.
• Attend industry conferences to expand the customer base and promote brand value.
• Conduct market research to track trends and report insights to management.
