POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and market presence of BlueCrest's product portfolio within their designated territory. This position is responsible for executing strategic business initiatives, developing effective go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the successful placement and expansion of BlueCrest solutions. The Regional Account Executive collaborates closely with the BCC software team to deliver comprehensive, value-driven solutions that align with client needs and industry trends.

In this leadership role, the Regional Account Executive fosters strong partnerships across internal teams, including regional sales specialists, product line management, customer marketing, and service teams. By integrating insights from these key stakeholders, they develop and execute targeted strategies to enhance account development, drive client satisfaction, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Beyond account management, this role serves as a trusted executive consultant, leveraging BlueCrest's deep industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions. Through thought leadership and consultative engagement, the Regional Account Executive builds trust, reinforces BlueCrest's reputation as an industry leader, and cultivates long-term partnerships that drive business success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Growth - Achieve growth in sales attainment (written business) through expansion of current BlueCrest customer install base and acquisition of competitive clients or non-users
  • Revenue Achievement - Achieve consistent year-on-year growth from all revenue sources, including product, software license, SaaS, professional and maintenance services
  • Solutions Growth - Achieve consistent solutions growth, cross-selling new solutions applications and taking solutions market share from competitive solutions users.
  • Training & Development - Ensure plans are developed and executed so that the sales staff is skilled in selling principles, client relationship management and building follow-on sales. Specifically, ensure that highly focused skills are established to fully penetrate the market.
  • Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management - Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer information through ongoing usage of sales automation tools. Provide an accurate forecast of territory sales results. Review and analyze the sales pipeline to provide an accurate forecasting of monthly results that roll-up to the region.
  • Account Planning / Business Reviews - Monitor account plans to ensure appropriate planning for maximizing account penetration, solution deployment and BlueCrest Executive engagement within assigned accounts. The Account Executive is responsible for engaging all client facing roles in maintenance of the strategic account plans with full year planning and periodic business reviews.
  • Communication - Internal and external written and verbal communications


KEY RELATIONSHIPS

The role will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with the collective customer service team, home office product management teams, sales operations team, marketing team, Pre sales customer engineers, and sales leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree. Strong management track record and personal sales experience.


  • Success in managing high-level solutions based selling teams, team-building, coordinating resources.


  • Specialized Skills - Strategic relationship building, interfacing with multiple sales channels and business partnering with accounts. Strong business acumen, problem-solving, and complex negotiations capabilities are necessary in addition to high level project management.


  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to represent BlueCrest at all executive levels. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tool suite is a requirement. Video communication skills are required as well.


  • Work Environment/Physical Demands - Frequent travel to interact with clients/prospects. Ability to effectively work in an agile work environment using a variety of communication tools.


  • Production Print and Mail industry expertise is desired either in a sales role or Production Print/Mail owner capacity.
