Role Description
The Inside channel sales support position will be responsible to help support the Area Channel Managers across the Region. This position will report to the Regional Channel Director. One per region. They will be integral in supporting the execution of channel strategies in support of a market. They will help with the tactical execution of operational plans to drive the enablement of channel partners to realize growth targets around the key initiatives such as Targeting, Training, Inventory, Promotions, and Measurements. This role provides the experience needed for those that are interested in becoming an Area Channel Manager by gaining exposure to things such as the Channel Territory Analysis, channel strategy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Targeting support activities including data input, sales reports
• SPA management
• Inventory: use of the SAM inventory tool, report generation
• Program and promotion back-office support
• Regional channel communication including Social Media
• Other data mining activities and report generation
• Other sales/back-office support of the ACM organization
• SE Advantage/My Schneider registration and training
• Support the RCD with CPC paperwork
• Other miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree. Account management / electrical components selling experience a plus
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and highly motivated
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.
• Interest in the Channel specifically on the ACM role

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 74,400 - USD 111,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
