WHY BOX NEEDS YOUWe're looking for a Recruitment Marketing Program Manager I to help execute and improve how we attract top talent from the content that tells our story to the campaigns that keep candidates engaged. This role partners with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and the broader People team to deliver measurable employer brand and candidate engagement programs globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Support and evolve our global employer brand narrative, content calendar, and content library, helping produce candidate-facing content and assets that authentically reflect our culture to scale across teams and regions
- Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across our careers site, LinkedIn, and job board partners to support a consistent candidate experience.
- Design and automate segmented nurture campaigns for warm talent pools including silver medalists, referrals, and event attendees tailored to candidate persona and market priorities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics (application rate, click-to-apply, career site traffic, offer acceptance rates, social engagement) and continuously optimize based on data.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs through targeted campaigns, content, and candidate engagement programs.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to leverage corporate brand assets, channels, and storytelling frameworks ensuring recruitment marketing is consistent with and amplified by the broader brand.
- Manage job board relationships and event partnerships to build talent communities for high-priority or hard-to-fill roles.
- Contribute to quarterly program reviews by sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for future optimization.

Required- 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent programs or a related marketing discipline
- Experience supporting or managing multi-channel campaigns, content calendars, or candidate-facing content
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools and interest in segmentation, nurture campaigns, and campaign reporting
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred- Familiarity with ATS platforms (particularly Greenhouse) and experience connecting candidate engagement workflows to downstream recruiting operations
- Experience planning and managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, programmatic advertising) with an eye toward optimizing spend against pipeline outcomes
- Background collaborating with a corporate Brand or Marketing team, including working within brand governance frameworks and co-developing shared assets
- Exposure to multi-market or international talent campaigns, with an understanding of how messaging, channels, and compliance considerations vary by region
