Procopio is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in the Firm's San Diego or Del Mar offices. The Recruiting Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the firm's talent acquisition efforts, with primary responsibility for coordinating and administering staff recruitment across all offices. This position will partner closely with the Recruiting Manager, hiring managers, Human Resources, and firm leadership to ensure a seamless and efficient recruiting process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In addition to managing staff recruiting activities, the Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support for associate and attorney recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities include preparing and posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, screening candidates against position requirements, coordinating interviews, and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview scheduling, maintain applicant tracking system records, coordinate candidate communications, assist with onboarding activities, and ensure all recruiting documentation is complete and accurate. This role will also prepare recruiting reports and metrics, support recruitment marketing initiatives, coordinate participation in networking events, assist with employee referral programs, and help maintain recruiting processes, policies, and best practices.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide ongoing support to the Recruiting Manager with associate recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel and logistics, preparing recruitment materials, and managing candidate data. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and a strong client service mindset.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of legal recruiting experience, within a law firm or search firm setting. Candidates should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build positive relationships with candidates, attorneys, staff, and external partners.
Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $80,000 - $97,000+ depending on experience.
