As a member of the recruiting team you will interact directly with recruiters, AFS employees and candidates in coordinating the various phases of the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Post new roles in recruiting system
- Coordinate candidate interviews, interview days, and recruiting events. This may include creating interview schedules and supporting communications, obtaining space, interviewer sign-up, arranging catering, etc.
- Kick off candidate background checks
- Track candidate data as needed in applicant tracking system and other tools
- Serves as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, as necessary
- Build knowledge of demand and key contacts for assigned areas
- Support local recruiting events and diversity efforts as needed
- Performs other administrative responsibilities related to recruiting process
