Full Job Description
As a member of the recruiting team you will interact directly with recruiters, AFS employees and candidates in coordinating the various phases of the recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post new roles in recruiting system
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, interview days, and recruiting events. This may include creating interview schedules and supporting communications, obtaining space, interviewer sign-up, arranging catering, etc.
  • Kick off candidate background checks
  • Track candidate data as needed in applicant tracking system and other tools
  • Serves as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, as necessary
  • Build knowledge of demand and key contacts for assigned areas
  • Support local recruiting events and diversity efforts as needed
  • Performs other administrative responsibilities related to recruiting process

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
