Full Job Description
What you'll do day-to-day

  • Drive the hiring process forward, while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally.
  • Partner with Recruiters and work with AI to execute all aspects of our recruiting process, participating in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and projects.


What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in any field of study, along with keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent project management and facilitation skills.
  • Comfort with generative AI and other technology-enabled tools, and an interest in using them to support established workflows and improve efficiency, consistency, and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience adhering to operational guidance, checklists, and controls in a fast-paced environment.
  • A client-service mindset and an aptitude for supporting a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.
  • An approach to work defined by curiosity and motivation over any particular skill or experience, reflecting the firm's culture and the ever-changing nature of our work.
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a completion bonus, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
