What You'll do:
Groundswell is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate verification, recruiting system audits, employee referral processing, sourcing support, and recruiting documentation
This hybrid role is based in McLean, Virginia, and will also support in-person interviews by greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and helping ensure a welcoming and professional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, calendar management, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-up with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Support in-person interviews at the McLean office by greeting candidates, directing them to interview locations, preparing interview spaces, and assisting with onsite logistics.
Review candidates submitted by staffing agencies and check Workday, recruiting systems, and internal trackers to verify whether Groundswell has previously engaged with the candidate in accordance with applicable contractual and internal recruiting guidelines
Support recruiting system audits and data integrity by completing required updates, candidate dispositions, and follow-up actions accurately, on time, and in accordance with OFCCP requirements and established service-level agreements (SLAs).
Assist with timely dispositioning of employee referrals and maintaining accurate referral records.
Provide sourcing support through a variety of recruiting tools including ATS, job boards, online research, social media, networking platforms, and professional networks.
Follow up on interview feedback and help keep candidates moving through the recruiting process.
Update and maintain Talent Acquisition process documents, job aids, templates, and other recruiting resources on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Support candidate tracking, requisition updates, recruiting reports, and other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and follow established recruiting, documentation, approval, and data privacy processes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR, administrative support, or a related field.
Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is preferred.
Experience working in a recruiting environment subject to OFCCP and federal contracting requirements, including accurate candidate dispositions, recruiting records, and timely documentation, with an understanding of background investigations and security eligibility considerations
Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling logistics, or other administrative processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong execution and follow-through, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Eagerness to learn and develop knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to be onsite in our Mclean, VA office 2-3 days/ week.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience supporting candidate sourcing through job boards, online research, social media, LinkedIn, networking platforms, or other recruiting tools.
Experience maintaining process documentation, templates, and shared team resources in Microsoft Teams or SharePoint.

$61,027.00 - $114,809.00
