Summary: Ready to make a real impact while helping shape the future of a growing organization? We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders, build meaningful relationships with top talent, and play a key role in helping NFP attract, engage, and hire exceptional professionals.

You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values creativity, partnership, and results. While you'll support hiring across a variety of business functions, this role will have a strong focus on recruiting Employee Benefits talent within the insurance brokerage industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs, business objectives, and workforce plans.
  • Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and present highly qualified talent for consideration.
  • Lead recruitment efforts across a variety of roles, with an emphasis on Employee Benefits and insurance brokerage talent.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruiting updates to Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Serve as an ambassador for NFP's culture, values, and employer brand.
  • Maintain accurate data and recruiting activity within ATS, CRM, and other talent systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Insurance brokerage or insurance industry recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience recruiting Employee Benefits talent, including Account Managers, Account Executives, Consultants and Client Service professional.

The base salary range for this position is $63,200.00 - $101,100.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
