Recruiter Lead - IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and start date.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
  • Recruit for positions such as software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity analysts, DevOps professionals, and IT infrastructure roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing tools and market intelligence.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting market insights.
  • Influence hiring decisions through talent availability data, compensation trends, and recruiting analytics.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in ATS and CRM systems.
  • Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on IT and technical recruiting.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruiting environments (20-25 requisitions supporting 10+ hiring managers).
  • Strong understanding of technology recruiting and technical talent markets.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern technology stacks.
