OverviewThe HD Contractor Recruiter will source, screen, attract, interview and hire candidates for the AIT. This role will work with hiring managers to identify job requirements and selection criteria. They will be responsible for creating ads, sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various open jobs in the field. The focus is on creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified candidate for a selected business.
Responsibilities
- Develop, research, and identify prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for front-end contractor recruiting. Add placement, renewal, sourcing, and bulk campaigns initial calls including rates and requirements for qualified contractors
- Proactively research the market, create search strategies to attract the best & skilled contractors, and build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management
- Develop geographically relevant strategies with assigned managers across the field, to find contractors that will enable us to fulfill needs in critical areas, identify sources, and speak to volume and rates by location
- Must be able and have the skills to recruit passive candidates, understand their skills, and quickly assess a candidate's fit with AIT Culture/Attributes even though they will only be contracting with AIT
- Comfortable being held accountable for recruiting metrics and manager satisfaction recommendations
- Responsible for giving input or conveying manager recommendations on processes and suggestions for contract recruiting improvement
- Act as the brand ambassador and understand the contractor vs. employee guidelines not to put AIT at risk while speaking with potential contractors
- Bring new recruitment ideas and strategies to engage with talent
- Performs other duties as assigned

- The wage range for this position is $71,690.00-$152,400.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Qualifications
Education3 High School Diploma (Required) 3 Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience3 3+ years experience as a Recruiter, or Talent Management professional (Required)
