Responsibilities

  1. Perform records management activities according to Federal government privacy and legal requirements.
  2. Assist in the development of analyses and reports associated with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Privacy Act (PA) processes.
  3. Manage the flow of FOIA and PA correspondence or requests and establish processes to provide prompt responses to requestors in accordance with FOIA policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  4. Perform technical tasks involved in maintaining Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  5. Participate in the development of information management policies and governance of supporting applications on Microsoft 365 and Salesforce platforms.
  6. Manage SharePoint sites content and permissions.
  7. Create and execute PowerShell scripts to produce reports and perform records management tasks.
  8. Compile data for reports, transcribe reports, and maintain indexes.
  9. Ensure that all work products are proofread and free of errors, omissions, and inconsistencies.


Qualifications

A minimum of three (3) years of continuous, progressively responsible experience supporting records management, FOIA/Privacy Act (PA) processing, or a closely related information management function within a federal or enterprise environment.

Ability to Obtain a Public Trust:

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance. Candidates must be eligible to complete all required background investigation steps and meet applicable federal security requirements as a condition of employment.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000

This range represents a good faith estimate based on current market conditions, internal compensation structures, and the expected scope of work. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Final compensation will be determined based on contract funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications, including experience, technical expertise, and geographic considerations. As part of our recruitment process, we continuously evaluate market conditions and candidate availability to ensure competitive and equitable compensation.

Location and Work Hours

Work shall be performed primarily onsite at the NIGC Headquarters located at 550 12th
Street SW, Washington, DC 20024. Limited remote work may be authorized at the discretion of the designated Federal Task Manager.

The standard work schedule shall be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
