Reconstruction Shoulder Sales Representative | Detroit, Michigan

Ready to make a meaningful impact in orthopedic healthcare? As a Reconstruction Shoulder Sales Representative, you will drive adoption of innovative shoulder reconstruction technologies across the Detroit territory. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leading surgeons and healthcare professionals while helping patients return to the activities that matter most. Covering key accounts throughout Detroit, you will combine clinical expertise, relationship building, and commercial excellence to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What will you be doing?
• Drive sales growth and market share for the Shoulder Reconstruction portfolio throughout the Detroit territory
• Build and strengthen relationships with orthopedic surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital decision makers
• Provide operating room support and clinical expertise during surgical procedures
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
• Deliver product education, training, and ongoing support to customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and account management activities

What will you need to be successful?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of medical device, orthopedic, sports medicine, or healthcare sales experience
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
• Strong relationship building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to work independently in a field based role and travel throughout the Detroit territory
• Experience supporting surgical procedures and working directly with healthcare professionals preferred

All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
