Summary

We are looking for an experienced, licensed Texas real estate agent to step into a Director of Sales role within our team. This position is designed for an agent who wants to continue building their own business while taking on a greater role in team leadership, coaching, and agent development.

As a Director of Sales, you will continue performing the core responsibilities of a successful real estate agent; working with clients, generating business, following up with leads, and closing transactions; while working directly with our operators to help lead and develop the team.

You will have opportunities to lead team calls, assist with coaching sessions, help develop newer agents, and contribute to the systems and accountability that drive our team's performance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced agent who is ready to have an impact beyond their own production.

Responsibilities
  • Continue managing your own real estate business, including lead follow-up, prospecting, appointments, clients, and transactions
  • Work directly with team operators to support day-to-day sales leadership
  • Help lead team calls, sales meetings, and team accountability sessions
  • Assist operators with coaching and training lessons
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and development to newer team members
  • Help newer agents develop effective lead-generation, follow-up, and conversion habits
  • Share proven strategies, experiences, and best practices with the team
  • Monitor and encourage team accountability and follow-through
  • Assist with onboarding and development of new agents
  • Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes, and agent development
  • Maintain your own production and lead-generation activities while contributing to the overall success of the team
  • Utilize team technology, CRM systems, and established processes

The Director of Sales is expected to lead by example, maintaining their own production while helping the agents around them become more productive and successful.
