Dunzo Homes is looking for a driven, competitive, and confident Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist / Closer to join our team in Arlington, TX.

This is not a role where your income is determined by seniority or how many hours you spend sitting at a desk. It's a full-cycle sales position where your results directly determine your income.

You'll take ownership of opportunities from the initial seller conversation through the signed purchase agreement. You'll speak directly with homeowners, meet sellers face-to-face throughout DFW, evaluate opportunities, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals.

If you're competitive, persuasive, comfortable taking the lead in a conversation, and energized by the opportunity to control your own results and earning potential, you'll have room to perform here.
Compensation

100% Commission

$120,000-$150,000+ On-Target Annual Earnings

There is no base salary or guaranteed compensation. The $120,000-$150,000 range represents on-target annual earnings for a successful Acquisitions Specialist meeting performance expectations and is not guaranteed.

Your compensation is directly tied to the deals you close, and there is no fixed earnings ceiling.
