Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting a high-producing residential agent or team
• Active CA Real Estate License strongly preferred
• Appreciation for MCM architecture and Sunnyvale aesthetics
• Located within 40 minutes of Sunnyvale and possess a personal vehicle
• Familiarity with CRM and operations software including Follow Up Boss and Active Pipe
• Experience with contract management tools like Dotloop and DocuSign
• Proficiency in creative tools like Canva and Google Suite

• Streamline operational processes to enhance team efficiency
• Protect and manage high-value time for lead agents
• Coordinate site visits and other logistics as needed
