Job SummaryKilpatrick is seeking a Real Estate Investment and Development Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management and construction; property acquisition and disposition; real estate financing and investment; real estate joint ventures; and/or development and redevelopment to join the firm’s award-winning real estate investment and development practice.
We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, solid experience in sophisticated real estate law, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, and a strong work ethic and desire to work collegially with and contribute to our national practice. This position is a Team Attorney role and is an alternative to traditional partnership-track position and has a lower billable hour requirement (and minimal non-billable requirements). Candidate must be licensed with preference for license in the state of the candidate’s base office.
