  • Plug into PLACE Technology from day one to eliminate the repetitive administrative tasks that are consuming your time and keeping you away from the work that actually generates income
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using proven PLACE systems so your pipeline is structured, consistent, and no longer dependent on referrals alone
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards to sharpen the skills you already have and close the gap between the conversations you are having and the conversions you are capable of
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to build a personalized growth plan, stay accountable to your targets, and have a dedicated space each week to work on your business with real intention
  • Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls to stay sharp, connected, and learning from agents who are operating at the level you are moving toward
  • Work alongside team members and administrative support staff to deliver a client experience that reflects the professionalism your years in the business have built
  • Track all activity and pipeline data in PLACE Technology so you have full visibility into your business and can make informed, strategic decisions about where to focus your energy
