As a Real Estate and Customer Experience Manager, you would be part of a Customer Experience Team (CET) that strives to provide best-in-class service to customers in ourHoustonMarket. Our customer base is diverse and we9re looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities. Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.

  • Coordinate vendor activities, communicate expectations, monitor performance, and hold vendors accountable to Prologis standards for safety, quality, responsiveness, and customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to draft informative and succinct communications to customers; attain information during customer visits; and coordinate customer visits and events

  • Demonstrates ownership by proactively identifying issues, effectively prioritizing competing demands, following through on commitments, and driving timely resolution

  • Perceptive; anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.

  • Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs (Prologis Essentials, etc.).

  • Must be able to own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers

  • Must be able to use technical tools (ex: Salesforce) to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights

  • Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills.

  • Highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements.

  • Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio.

Required:

  • 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estateor equivalent experience preferred.

  • A valid driver9s license is required with the ability to travel to multiple properties.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering proactive and responsive customer service, with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of all customers.

  • Must be able to work well with internal partners (leasing, accounting, construction etc.) as part of an integrated customer service team

  • Ableto adapt to change and willingness to take on new company initiatives with the most positive attitude.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions or company mergers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacityto manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, including verbal and written communication.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required and on call for emergencies, with respect for individual needs and work-life balance.

  • Success in this role requires a proactive, customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships while delivering outstanding customer experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with budgeting cycles and CAM reconciliation processes using analytical skills preferred

  • Candidate will demonstrate willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Rangeof:$89,000 -$111,000.Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate9s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
