Spectrum's Real Estate Project Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of construction and renovation initiatives, guiding teams and stakeholders through every stage. How You'll Make an Impact - Lead projects from initial planning to implementation, managing operational details and securing stakeholder alignment
- Apply project management methodologies to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and in line with Spectrum's quality standards
- Communicate updates to internal customers, collect feedback and report on project progress
- Oversee data collection, cost tracking, performance metrics and service levels to meet project objectives
- Provide subject matter expertise for structural, electrical and mechanical issues, supporting other real estate functions such as facility management and strategic planning
- Develop strategic approaches to contracted workforces, manage budgets and capital development, and serve as the central interface for translating planning requests into engineering objectives
- Write funding documents, manage accounting codes, supervise vendors and consultants, enforce contract terms and oversee zoning and permitting processes
- Serve as the escalation point for warranty issues and support continuous improvement across all assigned projects
Working Conditions - Office-based with occasional travel
- Availability required during all construction hours, including nights and weekends for on-site presence as necessary
What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
Experience - 5+ years of project management experience
Skills - Ability to communicate clearly in English with employees, customers and suppliers in person, on the phone and in writing

- Understanding of construction means and methods
- Capability to manage simultaneous complex, multi-million dollar projects
Preferred Qualifications Education - Project Management certification or completion of a recognized project management curriculum preferred
Skills - Knowledge of building codes
- Administrative and technical skills, including interpreting industry environmental standards for telecommunications and electronic data systems
- Understanding of construction cost estimating, life cycle costing and value engineering in design and construction phases
- Familiarity with site work retention, grading, drainage and zoning/site acceptability
