As a Real Estate Brokerage Branch Director, you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting and nurturing talented salespeople, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to excel. Your expertise will help us cultivate innovative strategies to engage both clients and agents, driving our offices toward even greater success.

This is a 100% in-person position, and the compensation is a salary plus bonus structure based on office growth.

Responsibilities
• Seeking out new talent to add to the existing sales force through their recruiting efforts
• 1:1 and small-group coaching to improve agents' skills
• Training newly licensed Sales Associates
• Transactional coaching and assistance with oversight from the Broker of Record
• Conducting dynamic sales meetings
• Focus on office and market share growth

Qualifications
• Have prior experience in residential real estate sales
• Team leadership and/or management history and ability
• Desire to lead and build
• Desire to learn and grow
• Technological skills, including MS Office Suite; Canva is a plus
• Must be an MA-licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Broker
• Excellent written communications
• Excellent phone and conversational skills
• New Hampshire Real Estate License is a plus
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
