Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Real Estate Associate attorney with three or more years of commercial real estate finance transactional experience to join our Dallas office.

Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Real Estate Associate attorney to join our Dallas office. The attorney will primarily focus on real estate secured finance transactions, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of other complex real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition and development projects. Specifically, the attorney will handle the following types of tasks:

- Drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documentation
- Overseeing title and survey reviews and other real estate due diligence, including reviewing leases and project documentation
- Reviewing corporate organizational documents and mortgage loan enforceability opinions
- Coordinating closings
- Working with loan servicers

This attorney will join Dorsey's Real Estate Practice Group who represent lenders and borrowers, developers, investors, landlords and tenants, property managers, and contractors, as well as corporate users and governmental authorities, in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition, leasing, property management, operation and development of real estate.

Qualified candidates will have:
- Three or more years of commercial real estate finance transactional experience;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Top academic credentials; and
- Texas bar admission.
