What We're Looking For- Active real estate license in Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days
- 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred
- Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends
- Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
