Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced React Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, modern JavaScript, TypeScript, UI testing, state management, accessibility, and responsive user interface development. The role will also involve collaborating with development teams, mentoring developers, troubleshooting applications, and following modern software engineering and testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop large-scale web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop clean, high-quality, maintainable, and developer-friendly user interfaces.
• Build near pixel-perfect and robust web application interfaces.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Implement complex state management using Redux, RxJS, or similar technologies.
• Develop and maintain UI unit tests using Jest, Jasmine, React Testing Library, or similar tools.
• Apply BDD and automated testing practices to improve application quality.
• Develop high-performance applications and optimize frontend performance.
• Implement accessibility and ADA-compliant user interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers working on projects and initiatives.
• Use developer tools to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications using tools such as Splunk.
• Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) and interface design tools such as Figma and InVision.
• Use GitHub and Jira for source control, collaboration, and project tracking.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience with modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• 5+ years of web development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and large-scale web application development.
• Experience with JestJS, React Testing Library (RTL), Webpack, StorybookJS, and StencilJS.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with complex state management using Redux, RxJS, or similar technologies.
• Experience writing UI unit tests using Jest, Jasmine, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of BDD, automated testing, and web accessibility/ADA standards.
• Experience developing high-performance web applications.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using browser and developer tools.
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as Splunk.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS).
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience mentoring and providing technical guidance to other developers.
• Experience working with interface design tools such as Figma or InVision.
• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring of large-scale web applications.
