What a Great Candidate Looks Like:- Professional front-end software engineer experience using React for at least 2 years
- BS or MS in Computer Science
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience at a software startup preferred
- Professional experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Professional experience developing rich, powerful, and reusable components with client-side JavaScript in React
- Professional experience using Redux to manage application state
- Experience with data visualization
- Strong UX and design sensibilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with server-side JavaScript using Express.js is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL databases such as Postgres
- Professional experience writing unit tests and automated integration tests
- Professional experience working with REST APIs
- Previous exposure to Agile software development and Scrum methodology, with the willingness and ability to adapt to a formalized system of ticket management that helps us build and deliver on a well-organized schedule

The Front-end team works closely with our Data Scientists and Platform Engineers to build an interactive product that helps our customers visualize risk factors.
Quantifind's development team is centered in Palo Alto, California, and we have technology hubs in Atlanta, Georgia, and in Washington, D.C. Quantifind is currently using a hybrid mix of working from home and in the office, with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space.

The California base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to 150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
