Sayres is seeking an experienced
RATT Lead - Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Team in San Diego, CA with a SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS.
Position Summary- The MCM RATT Lead supports readiness assessments for Mine Countermeasures ships and associated engineering systems, maintenance programs, and operational readiness requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engineering and maintenance readiness assessments.
- Evaluate material condition and maintenance execution.
- Review engineering documentation and readiness metrics.
- Develop recommendations to improve ship readiness.
- Support fleet maintenance and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of supervisory Navy engineering experience.
- Extensive engineering operational experience on MCM platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of Navy maintenance and readiness processes.
- Maintenance/training staff experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 25+ years highly desirable.

Occasional travel may be required. Support is primarily based in San Diego, CA, with occasional travel to Navy fleet concentration areas including Everett, WA; Pearl Harbor, HI; Sasebo, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; and Singapore, as well as other customer locations as required.Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience.Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
