The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Solventum is looking for amazing people to join our team. This role is for individuals in their project management career or who have experience coordinating work across teams, tracking deliverables, and helping projects stay organized and on schedule.

We are looking for people with:
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational workstreams in a business, technology, compliance, or security environment
  • Ability to coordinate project activities, track milestones, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams
  • Experience maintaining project plans, task trackers, meeting notes, status updates, and documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to help teams stay aligned on deadlines, owners, and next steps
  • Ability to assist with project reporting, including preparing summaries, dashboards, or leadership updates
  • Comfort working with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather information, clarify needs, and support timely execution
  • Ability to identify risks, blockers, or delays and escalate them appropriately
  • Experience using collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Interest in learning about security, compliance, audit readiness, governance, or regulated business processes
  • Experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP, FISM and/or NIST 800-53


Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience supporting project coordination, project management, business operations, IT operations, compliance, security, or related functions.
  • Experience coordinating project activities, including meeting management, action item tracking, project schedules, status reporting, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and document management platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience documenting decisions, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience supporting projects within compliance, audit, risk management, cybersecurity, governance, or regulated environments.
  • Experience using project tracking, ticketing, workflow, GRC, or evidence management tools.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle management, including project intake, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closeout activities.
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing more efficient project management or operational workflows.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Operations.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
