We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Modality Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our radiology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing radiology modalities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of radiology technologies and workflows.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day operations of radiology modalities, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound.

- Supervise and support radiology technologists and staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

- Coordinate equipment maintenance, upgrades, and procurement to ensure optimal functionality.

- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and administrative teams to optimize imaging services.

Licensures/Certifications Certification in one of the following: RAD, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, PET CT, Nuclear Medicine, or Interventional Radiology

Licensed Radiographer - State of Maryland as applicable
