Location: Watertown, New York
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday (40 Hours per Week)
Pay Range: $31.52 - $52.00 per hour ($65,561 - $108,160 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Radiation Therapist to join its Radiation Oncology team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering high-quality radiation therapy services in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
The Radiation Therapist will work closely with physicians, physicists, and oncology staff to provide safe, accurate, and effective radiation treatments while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities- Administer radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process
- Accurately position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment
- Monitor patients for treatment-related concerns and communicate findings to the care team
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Assist with department procedures and examinations as directed
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
QualificationsRequired- ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and patient care standards
Preferred- Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
- Previous experience in a hospital or cancer center setting
