Schedule: Full time - 40 hours per week

What You'll Do

The Radiation Oncology Charge Nurse provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within Radiation Oncology across Missouri and Kansas locations. This position ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating daily nursing operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, and clinical procedures. The Charge Nurse serves as a resource for nursing staff, providers, and patients while promoting regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and operational efficiency throughout the radiation oncology service line.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Minimum of three to five years of oncology nursing experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurse's State Of Residence and Ability to obtain or maintain Kansas licensure.
  • AHA ACLS Within 120 Days.


Preferred Requirements:
  • Current Oncology Nurse Certification.
