Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Current Missouri RN License or Compact State License with ability to obtain Kansas licensure.
• AHA ACLS certification within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for nursing services in Radiation Oncology.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Manage patient flow and clinical procedures efficiently.
• Serve as a resource for nursing staff, providers, and patients.
• Promote regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
